Fees
Members most often charge hourly rates or fixed fees for advisory matters and a Brief fee and refresher for litigation matters. We appreciate that each matter will vary according to the weight and complexity of the issues raised and we will endeavour to accommodate each individual clients needs.

Timescales
Timescales for a case may vary depending on factors such as barristers’ availability, the type and complexity of the case, the other side’s approach and court waiting times. Our Clerks will be happy to give you an advance indication of Counsel’s availability and an estimated turnaround time.
