A career at the self-employed Bar can be very stressful, and we are conscious that our members and staff frequently work long hours on cases which are legally demanding and involve clients in pressurised and emotional circumstances. We provide informal support networks including a regular ‘Chambers Tea’ for all members and a 'Technical Session' each week for all members to meet and exchange ideas. We operate an open door policy within Chambers and whilst working remotely, and members are encouraged to turn to each other for help and support.
We have a dedicated HR team who provide support and assistance for our Clerks team.
